CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION OF MAHOPAC POINT OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.
 
I.    The name of the Corporation is Mahopac Point Owners' Association, Inc.
 
 
II.   The purposes for which said Corporation is to be formed are: to buy, rent, receive by gift or devise or              otherwise acquire, own operate, subdivide, add to, construct, improve deal in, lease, mortgage, sell or otherwise control, manage and dispose of in any manner whatsoever real estate, lands, build­ings, reservoirs, roads and other ways, fixtures, appliances, and structures of any and every descrip­tion, and any share, interest or easement therein.
To buy, sell, lease, exchange, mortgage, trade and deal in and otherwise acquire and dispose of, goods, wares, commodities, merchandise and property of every kind, class, nature and description, and to do manufacturing, merchandising, mining and construction work, of any and every kind.
The territory to be covered by the principal operations of the Corporation is a tract of land known as Mahopac Point and formerly owned by Mahopac Point Corporation in the Town of Carmel, Putnam County, New York.
 
III.  The amount of capital stock is $3,200 all of which is the common stock and said capital stock shall consist of 128 shares of the par value of $25.00 each.
 
IV.   The amount of capital with which said Corporation will begin business is $500.
 
V.     The principle business office of the Corporation is to be located in the Town of Carmel, County of Putnam, State of New York.
 
VI.  The duration of said corporation is to be perpetual.
 
VII. The number of Directors is 9.
