Mahopac Point Swim Area Rules
- Swim Areas are open to Mahopac Point residents only. Guests may use these areas only when accompanied by an adult resident.
- Parents/Guardians should evaluate risks when allowing their children to use the beaches and docks without their supervision.
- There are no lifeguards on duty.
- The swim areas are open at sunrise and closed at sunset.
- Please remember to clean up after yourselves when using Mahopac Point facilities.
